1. Chinese Anti-cancer Association

The Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA) has become Helsen’s new client

recently. Helsen provides staffing employees to CACA with vacancies. And

Helsen also organizes a training of social insurance for the employees

working for CACA.

The Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA)was established on 28th April,

1984 after about 10 months preparations stating from June 1983 under the

sponsorship of professors Jin Jiarui, Zhang Tianze, Xu Guangwei, Zhang

Minhe and Li Guangheng and with the concordance of the State Committee for

Organization System Reformation. Prof. Wu Huanxing and Prof. Jin xianzhai

acceded to the post of the first Council Chairman and the Honorary

Chairman respectively. In May 1985, CACA was approved to be affiliated to

China Association of Science and Technology which now has become the

leading body of CACA. Registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the

People’s Republic of China, CACA now is an association of the first

category in China.

CACA aims its utmost efforts at organizing scientific cooperation and

conferences, promoting international non-governmental exchanges,

conducting various training courses and seminars, fostering scientific,

technological and medical personnel in the field of oncology, compiling

and publishing academic periodicals, and mobilizing social forces to take

part in popularization and dissemination of the knowledge of tumor

prevention.

As the booming business of CACA, HRM is much busier than before. Via

staffing, CACA declines its HRM cost and avoids the recruitment risk,

guaranteeing the quality of the employees.

2. AAB

AAB has become Helsen’s new client. Helsen provides staffing employees to

AAB with vacancies.

AAB is a high-tech enterprise about environment-protection, energy sources

exploitation. AAB cooperates with many enterprises all over the world.

Via staffing and outsourcing, the HR Department of AAB can focus on the

core HRM.

3.survey

Helsen and center for private economic studies, Chinese academy of social

sciences conduct a survey of HRM in Chinese private enterprises.
